Setup guide

Step 1: Set up your Dropi Credentials

Open Google Sheets:

Go to the Google Sheets spreadsheet where you installed the add-on.

Access the Add-on Menu:

At the top of Google Sheets, you will see a new option in the menu called Dropi Add-on. Click on it.

Select "Setup API Credentials":

In the drop-down menu, select the Setup API Credentials option.

Enter your Dropi Credentials:

A pop-up window will open where you will need to enter your email and password associated with your Dropi account, as well as the ID of the spreadsheet where the data will be stored.

Make sure the information is correct and click the Save button.

Step 2: Import All Past Orders

Access the Add-on Menu:

Once the credentials are saved, go back to the Dropi Add-on menu.

Select "Import All Orders":

From the drop-down menu, select the Import All Orders option.

This process will import all previous orders from your Dropi account into the spreadsheet. Depending on the number of orders, this may take a few minutes.

Verify the Import:

Once complete, check the ORDERS tab in your spreadsheet to ensure that all orders have been imported correctly.

Step 3: Update Order Status

Access the Add-on Menu:

Go back to the Dropi Add-on menu in Google Sheets.

Select "Update Status on Open Orders":

From the drop-down menu, select the Update Status on Open Orders option.

This process will update the status of orders that are still open and pending action in the spreadsheet.

Verify Updates:

Check the relevant columns in the ORDERS tab for updated statuses. Orders with relevant status changes will be automatically updated.

Additional Tips:

Check the Issues Tab: If during the status update process any orders are detected with a status of "INCIDENT", an entry will be created in the ISSUES tab with the relevant details.

Daily Use: Repeat the Update Status on Open Orders step regularly to keep your orders up to date.
