Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "Dropi Analytics Pro" add-on (hereinafter "the add-on"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms of Service"). These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Ikonic Automations (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the add-on.

2. Service Description

Dropi Analytics Pro is a Google Sheets add-on that facilitates order management and analysis by integrating with the Dropi API. We offer advanced functionality including order importing, status updates, and reporting. Use of the add-on is subject to a paid subscription.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

To use the add-on, you must have a valid Google account and an active subscription. Subscription fees are specified on our pricing page and may vary depending on the plan selected. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice.

3.1. Account Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activities that occur under your account.

3.2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be made for unused periods of your subscription. Cancellation will apply starting from the next billing cycle.

4. Permitted Use

The plugin is intended for your personal or business use within the scope of your operations with Dropi. You agree not to use the plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to, violating any copyright law, accessing the Dropi API without authorization, or otherwise distributing the plugin to unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the plugin, including the software, interfaces, design, logo, and trademark "Dropi Analytics Pro", are the exclusive property of Ikonic Automations. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Add-on as a result of using it.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Add-on is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Add-on.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Add-on (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid for the resolution of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Service.
